Sonix's line of C-Scan systems, with FlexSCAN-C™ software, is the most flexible ultrasonic immersion test system on the market today. Our C-Scan systems are used to detect material flaws, interrogate bonds or welds, and accurately measure thickness. With up to 12 axes of motion control, Sonix™ turn-key systems are built to customer specifications and optimized for the inspection application. Products

1000 Series Scanners	The CSF-1000 is an industrial lab scanner complete with an acrylic or stainless steel constructed tank is fitted with a scanning bridge supported by an aluminum frame. This construction is ideal for the lab or production area. Our CSB-1000 production system can be constructed with an acrylic or stainless steel tank. The scanning bridge is supported with an anti-vibration base and frame. This heavy duty, production hardened system is suited for the production floor environment. The CSP-1000 has a stainless steel tank with a high precision scanning bridge anchored onto the anti-vibration support table. The precision construction provides the stiffness and accuracy necessary to ensure a high degree of mechanical and scanning accuracy.
Retrofits	Sonix™ offers a variety of software, hardware or data acquisition retrofits to your existing ultrasonic system.
Custom Systems	Sonix™ has custom designed a number of systems to meet a particular inspection need. In some cases a simplified or fully automatic inspections are needed. Call your local Sonix™ representative for more specific information.
Reconditioned Systems	Occasionally Sonix™ has reconditioned or demo equipment available. These systems carry a full system warranty and many of these can be upgraded to the latest hardware and software if necessary.
