Microelectronics Software Options
The below listed software options are available on all Sonix systems. In some cases, the software can be offered as an upgrade to existing systems, but may require additional hardware upgrades to ensure software compliance. All features run under a Windows NT™ environment.
MFCI
 |
The MFCI technique, when present on a Sonix SAM system is activated under the Advanced menu item. |

Flexible TAMI
 |
The Flexible TAMI option is available on WinIC 4.6.x or later versions. |
|
SDI
 |
The SDI option is available on Echo and Echo VS systems or as an upgrade on Fusion and Vision systems. WinIC 4.6.x or later is required. |

WinIC™ Lab
|
The basic software included on all Sonix systems.

WinIC™ Pro
|
Includes all features in WinIC Lab, plus features for automatic defect analysis and automated tray/board scanning. The Pro upgrade is recommended for users needing advanced analysis tools or automated inspections.

TAMI™ Scan
|
Allows for imaging of many layers within an IC by generating multiple C-scan images in a single pass of the part. This feature takes full advantage of Sonix's digital architecture and is one of our hallmark features.

ICEBERG™
|
A stand-alone piece of software that allows for 3-D data rendering, frequency analyzation and filtering. Used in environments were advanced image analysis is needed.
